Paleo Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients


1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 large egg, room temperature
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons raw honey
¼ cup chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
pinch of salt




Instructions
process the almonds and pecans in a food processor until creamy and smooth like peanut butter
mix the almond/pecan butter with the egg, vanilla, honey and salt
gently fold in the chocolate chips
spoon a tablespoon of the batter into a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until the edges start to turn brown
let cookies cool on a wire rack





Recipe makes 18 cookies. Store in an air tight container.

Shred matrix

  • So I started taking shred matrix from muscle pharm today and was just wondering who else takes this and do you have any recommendations or help for me on this product. Would love to hear girls opinions mostly but any opinion would do!!!
